I’ve received SO many messages asking about restaurants open on Christmas in Chicago that I decided to compile a quick list. I’ve compiled every spot I know of that’s open on Christmas Day as well as Christmas Eve.
I pulled this together very quickly, so I hope you don’t mind the wordy list format. 🙂
It’s also likely that some of these spots will fill up, so be absolutely sure to make a reservation — and plan to call at least a few of these spots since it’s super last-minute.
I hope you enjoy the list. As always, if you do, please share it!

I hope you enjoyed this list of restaurants open on Christmas in Chicago! Of course, this is not a comprehensive list, and I can’t guarantee that some of the spots won’t be full by the time you call. But I did my best 🙂

I enjoy it here. My husband likes breakfast better though, so we typically go here for breakfast. It is much more quiet and laid back at breakfast. It is also very empty, which is a plus in my book! It’s a great way to start the day.
