Avocado toast is blamed for SO many things - including the reason we aren't buying houses these days.
But why buy a house when you could buy 31 different avocado toasts? 🥑
I've compiled a list of the BEST avocado toast in Chicago -- 31 of them, to be exact. It's based on my favorites, as well as your input via my instagram stories.
It's actually kind of crazy how many different toppings there are -- you'll see toasts with:
- beet hummus
- lebneh
- crab and/or salmon
- various seeds and seasonings
- watermelon radishes
- bacon jam
- and every possible type of egg.
Scroll down for all of the yumminess!!
I hope you like this list! As always, if you do, please pin & share it. Thanks! <3Erin

1. Baker Miller
Baker Miller is a great way to start my list of the best avocado toast in Chicago - it's one of my favorite spots!
For starters, they mill their own grains and make their own breads. So you're getting a lot more awesomeness than just avocado over here.
And their mission is "we share love through bold and beautiful food" - which is awesome and true. If you haven't tried, I highly recommend heading up to Lincoln Square!
